Janne has extensive expertise in financial markets gained from leading  banking and fixed interest environments including Commonwealth Bank, HSBC and RBS Morgans and treasury management at Commonwealth Bank, Australian European Finance Corporation and merchant banks. When Elders Rural Bank achieved a banking licence in 2000 Janne established the treasury operation and quickly built a considerable portfolio.

She has an excellent track record in balance sheet management, capital and interest rate risk, regulatory and compliance issues and has nurtured and developed  treasury teams  to best practice standard, reporting directly to board level.

During her career working  for several large companies and charities with a particular emphasis on cash management and banking relationships, Janne was pivitol to the development and future direction and performance of the businesses.Janne brings energy and professionalism to her highly personalized service which focuses on supporting and tailoring client’s investment funds whilst optimizing returns. Colin Hillery - Business Development Manager South Australia

Colin has worked in the finance industry, in one form or other, for his entire working life. Starting off in banking, he went to university to pursue his dream of a career in stockbroking, in which he succeeded. Hailing from Sydney, Colin worked for a number of firms including SHAW, Johnson Taylor Potter and ABN Amro Morgans. During his stockbroking career he wrote stock recommendations & market commentary for The Sunday Telegraph, Sun Herald and the NT News and presented lunchtime lectures at the ASX.. For five years he also wrote stock recommendations for independent investment newsletter The IRIS Report.

During the past four years Colin spread his wings and applied  his considerable knowledge to the area of treasury working as a treasury dealer with the Heritage Building Society and treasury analyst at the TIO.

He also has a strong passion for the capital markets and is always up-to-date on  current issues that may affect the investment decision making process.

Louise Cushway - Administration Manager South Australia

Louise previously worked for Commonwealth Bank, Westpac & ANZ in customer service for several years, and then successfully ran her own business for 2 years. The last 18 years Louise worked for Savings & Loans Credit Union. The last 10 years within S&L’s  Treasury Department acquiring vast knowledge of all Treasury operations including, liaising with brokers, negotiating client rates, assessing daily liquidity, commission payments, settlements and other administration roles.
