Alastair Healey – Executive Director

Alastair has been involved in the Queensland financial markets for the past 20 years and has built up an impeccable reputation within this community.  He has achieved this through a combination of experience and the completion of an Honours and Masters Degree in Marketing.  During the nineties he became the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development for a local merchant bank.  Here he had the responsibility of formulating strategy for the three departments of securitisation, corporate advice and money market as well as instigating business development programs.  This gave him a good platform for sourcing potential investors and borrowers and allowed him to build on his already vast network base.  As the founder and Director of RIMsec Ltd, he is directly involved in providing the expertise and distribution for fixed income financial products to the retail and wholesale markets.

Jodi Van de Wetering – Business Development Manager

Jodi has been involved in the financial markets since she started with RIM Securities Ltd in early 2006.  After having successfully completed her Diploma in Financial Services, Jodi then moved from Operations Manager for RIMsec, to sales and distribution.  Her career experience as a legal secretary provided Jodi the initial exposure to the importance of good service and customer trust.  This experience in legal services, combined with her experience as operations manager, has bestowed Jodi with a sound foundation of service ethics and efficiency - characteristics that are imperative in providing access to fixed income markets and the required service.  As a result, Jodi is now currently responsible for servicing a variety of middle market direct clients from medium size organisations through to individual investors throughout Queensland and Northern Territory.

Riccardo D’Amico – Business Development Manager

(Dip FP)

Ric comes to RIMsec from its major shareholder, Queensland Trustees & Investment Ltd (QTI), where he occupied various finance related roles since December 2005.  Prior to joining QTI, Ric gained extensive experience in the financial industry with over 20 years in client facing positions within the Commonwealth Bank which culminated in a senior relationship management position in Institutional Banking.  Ric’s key skill areas include business development and relationship management, as well as possessing a sound credit background.  Ric's primary goal with Rimsec will be to develop and service our direct client based in Queensland.
